Our bar has always been a gin lovers haven, we pride ourselves on being able to mix the perfect gin cocktail no matter what your taste. Match this with our delectable seafood and head Chef Dave Mothersill’s creativity on a plate a gin dinner seems only natural.
Bar manager and cocktail master Matt Ottley has invited his friends from East London Liquor Company, Chilgrove and Blackdown to join us on a very special evening of gin cocktails, great food and enthralling conversation. In association with the Brighton & Hove Food & Drink Festival during Sussex Gin Week.
Head down to the seafront on Tuesday 29th August for the first gin based cocktail and accompanying snacks on our sea facing terrace at 6.30pm. We will then take our seats on communal tables in the restaurant for a three course dinner with matching gin drinks.
The gin producers will be on hand to engage you in conversation about their gin along and why it goes so well with the food you are eating!
