Our Head Chef Dave Mothersill carefully selects the finest ingredients from local producers in Sussex to create our menu, fresh seafood or grilled meats cooked on the Josper grill.

The daily changing 'specials' board in the restaurant displays the days catch from our fisherman.

The a la carte menu is available for lunch and dinner everyday.

Our lunch and pre theatre menu is £17.50 for two courses & £20 for three courses, Monday to Thursday, 12-4pm and 6-7pm.

The Salt Room Afternoon tea is available seven days a week from 2.30pm until 4.30pm

Sunday's are all about sharing roasts at The Salt Room from 12 noon to 4pm
