Christmas Day Lunch

On Christmas Day, The Salt Room will put on an appropriately indulgent three-course menu to celebrate. Highlights include; Cured & Smoked Salmon, Beetroot Chutney, Chive & Lemon Crème Fraîche or shellfish cocktail Prawn, Langoustine, Avocado to start.
These can be followed by a choice of 35-day dry-aged Fillet of Lake District Beef, Mushroom, Confit Shallot, Red Wine Jus; Grilled Dover Sole; or a decedent Celeriac & Mushroom Pithivier, Peppercorn Sauce and Truffle, to name a few.
For dessert, guests can choose between Chocolate Delice Cocoa Sablé, Honey, Pretzel & Milk; Brillat Savarin Cheesecake, Burnt Orange, Pumpkin Florentines; a traditional Christmas Pudding with Brandy Custard and Vanilla Ice Cream; and a selection of British cheeses served with Grapes, Chutney, Seeded Crackers. Tea, coffee, and petit fours will be served to finish.

The Christmas Day menu at The Salt Room will be available for £120 per person.
